Open Adults & Beginners class Thursdays 9.30am. 

1 hour. Please try to be there 5-10 minutes before the class starts. Wear comfortable or Yoga clothes.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations made within 24hours of the class start time will not be credited back to your Yoga card/pass or refunded. Please sign into class a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the class start time. If you have not signed in by this time your space will be opened up to allow drop-ins and your attendence dependent on space.
